Become a volunteer at PBIG 2027

Would you like to be part of the largest Power BI event in the world and contribute to an inspiring experience for our community? Become a volunteer at the Power BI User Days 2027!

For the edition on March 4, 5, and 6, 2027, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who would like to help ensure the event runs smoothly. As a volunteer, you can take on various tasks such as distributing tickets, handing out our goodie bags, working at the merchandise stand, supporting the registration desk, assisting with floor management on the event floor, or acting as a session buddy where you support a speaker and help manage the room. Tasks will rotate, allowing you to experience different parts of the event.

You can sign up for one full day, but it is also possible to help during two or even all three days. If you volunteer for multiple days and are traveling from further away, hotel accommodations will be covered, ensuring you can comfortably participate in the event. Together with an amazing team of volunteers, we make sure that thousands of Power BI and data professionals have an inspiring and unforgettable experience. Does it sound exciting to be part of this unique community event?
